A library is a treasure house of knowledge having collection of sources of information and similar resources, made accessible to a defined community for reference or borrowing. Libraries are essential in a process of giving citizens access to knowledge. In digital times they are needed more than ever before. In times of the internet, everyone can visit a library without leaving home.
Library is the heart of education system. It provides physical or digital access to material and may be a physical building or room, or a virtual space, or both. Our library is established in the year 1977. Then it located at Sri. S. K. High School, Saundatti. In the year 2002, library starts working in the independent building with UGC assistance. Library building is located in the main building of the college in a clean and quiet atmosphere. It is very well furnished with wooden reading tables with comfortable wooden chairs, journal display racks, new arrival and forthcoming events rack, OPAC system and charging and discharging counters. The Building consists of librarian chamber, two reading halls, a digital room, stack room and circulation section. The library is easily accessible to all users.
